Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on our website. You can pay at the time of delivery for added convenience.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery times vary based on location:
- Delhi/NCR: 24 to 72 hours (hyper local delivery options available)
- Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Visakhapatnam, and other major cities: 3-4 days
- Other locations: 4-5 days
- Some North-East locations, hilly areas, Kashmir, Leh, and remote areas: 6-7 days

03. Replacements and delivery
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
For proof of delivery, a signature is required. If not at home, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or take it to the nearest courier office.
What is GutkaWala®’s return policy for damaged products?
Notify us within 12 hours for broken or 48 hours for defective products. We accept returns of unused items up to 7 days after receipt.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
For faulty products without replacements, expect a refund within a week of returning the order. This includes transit time, processing, and bank processing.
