Unpacking Video Requirement:

Our refund policy requires customers to provide an unpacking video. Upon receiving your package, we recommend turning on your camera and recording the full unpacking process. This video is essential for initiating the return process. For any product clarifications before purchase, feel free to ask questions through texts, videos, etc. Once the delivered item matches the confirmation, it cannot be returned.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

1. The item must be in the same condition as received.
2. It must be unworn or unused.
3. The tags must be intact.
4. It should be in its original packaging.
5. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, GutkaWala® will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
